We are sure you will be happy with your purchase from Poppies. If an item does not meet your expectations however, simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All goods must be returned in their original state - we do not accept fabric that has been washed, cut, or otherwise altered unless the item is defective.
Please let us know beforehand if you plan to return an item you have purchased from us, and please include the packing slip with your return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We try to provide as good a scan as possible on fabric colors. However, due to different monitor resolutions, images on the Internet can never exactly match a fabric. Most of our fabrics are coded to match the Mettler thread chart, which you can refer to if you need to be sure the fabric color will meet your needs.
Shipping Information
We ship via USPS to all destinations in the United States. Small orders (under 13 ounces) will be shipped via Air Mail, and larger orders are shipped via Priority Mail. We ship via Air Parcel Post or Global Priority Mail to all international destinations. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Shipping rates will vary on bulky items or those that will not fit in standard packaging, such as batting, rulers, cutting mats, and pillows.
